Pros

There are no pros. Company has nose dived downhill.

Cons

Salaried clinicians have been required to log into a customer service queue for screen monitoring 8 hours a day. Absolutely no autonomy. Staff is reprimanded if not in customer service queue. Work environment is demoralizing.

Unstable environment, a lot of layoffs, company has lost touch a bit regarding their people that help make them money.

Cons

Company felt unstable. Lots of lay offs during the last 5 years. Health insurance benefits are horrible.
