Pros
Great innovation and products early on in the companies history. Managed with an Iron fist but that was OK when the company is run by one owner who has a specific vision. Enjoyed many years of growth and profit. Ruled the marine markets with key coatings mfg. Management did a great job of developing that market.
Cons
Silver spoon syndrome. Owner handed company over to the son who has destroyed the moral, market focus and company image.
