Cons
Management had no interest in the wellbeing of their employees, very much a face fits culture. No support to grow. No responsibility taken by management. Bad industry reputation. Low customer satisfaction. They have a big rug which they sweep issues under. Disproportionate protection for some departments. More about the look than the substance. Knee jerk decisions made by upper management filtered down to workers with no explanation. Completely incompetent HR
