      Pros

      -loved my position and enjoyed team involvement -overall very engaging and professional people -opportunities for advancement -good pay and benefits package -opportunities to network with internal and external professionals

      Cons

      -many "clicks" and exclusion of those who are not with certain social groups (across departments) -little management training/accountability -management untrustworthy -many situations where "thrown under the bus" and it's management's word over others even when they are wrong -culture and values vary across departments

      Good pay for area and type of work. Willingness to try new ideas and separate ourselves from our peers.

      Cons

      New senior leadership has a self-interest approach to leading. We have lost the caring for our consumers and that will catch up with us very soon. Board of Directors is not strong.

      Depending on Department and corresonding VP my experience= No work life balance Micro Management Lack of trust Limited experience at the VP and Director levels company wide Executives have limited knowledge regarding healthcare/insurance Rumors and gossip run rampant due to lack of transparency or confusing communications. Providers are blamed for everything that goes wrong.
