Micromanaging, disrespectful management, terrible vacation package - three week max after 7 years, no sick time - coupled with terrible vacation is extra bad, no personal days, no option for unpaid leave, they will low-ball salary and claim it is because of the excellent profit sharing but they are deliberately misleading about how profit-sharing works (or possibly no one understands it) as it is based on your take-home pay (which will vary based on your number of dependents and how much money you put in you HSA and 401k NOT on your gross pay, Cardinal makes numerous claims about being family but doesn't actually do anything to support that claim, no opportunity for advancement, terrible culture - tons of gossip and workplace discrimination, management will bad mouth employees to the peers of that employee, work/life balance is not valued - they expect you to work significantly over 40 hrs/week, this list could go on and on but I think you get the idea.
