Specifically working in JOMEC, I started during the marking boycott which negatively impacted my team In the 4 months I worked there I felt I was doing the job of multiple people it was a struggle to keep up, and although I was on a temp contract, they didn't hire anyone to help out with my workload nor my colleagues. The whole time I was there the temp manager did hardly anything and asked me how to use excel on many occasions and this was a senior job. I left because I couldn't handle the pressure and the disrespect.
