      Pros

      I’ve really enjoyed working here. The leadership team is transparent about goals and direction, and there’s a genuine culture of support across the company. Everyone is incredibly talented, but also approachable and willing to help when you need it. There’s a great work-life balance, and I appreciate that new ideas are welcomed. You’re encouraged to experiment, and share your perspective. On top of that, you get to work alongside smart people who genuinely care about helping customers succeed.

      - Great team— people care about the work they do and the values are anchored to that - Great strategy stability— established strategy that is continuously implemented throughout the year which is not often observed from high growth tech companies - Great employee benefits package— flexible and supportive for what people need

      - Distributed team so we need to over communicate but it’s not a big deal
