.......Management from top below has no clue as to what’s is going on from day to day. Oblivious to the fact that they brought in a new idea of an “internet sales team”......that is a joke, it’s not genius......it’s more like a hinderance, the revised commission structure..... well you might as well flush that crap down the toilet. This has got everyone quitting right, left and centre to go to big and better careers. No one wants to work here! Fair enough the pandemic has hit us hard but this situation has it spread the work staff pretty thin, affecting the way we work and who suffers from this? The customer! There is no incentives that’s keeping us here and would you be? This place is a sinking ship and it’s only going to get worse. Quit while your ahead!!
