Pay wasn't offensive. Coworkers were fine, truly groundbreaking stuff.
Cons
Tickets come in wrong, get routed wrong, and somehow that always lands back on operations to untangle — every single time. You flag it, someone nods, two weeks later, the same exact thing. Management rolls out a new process and then quietly drops it without telling anyone, so half the team is doing it one way and half another. Cross-functional support is basically a myth here; good luck getting anything coordinated. Nothing upstream ever gets fixed; it just gets handed back down.
