Sorry it didn't work out at Captify for you. Thank you for the feedback and sharing your concerns. We are disappointed to hear that you left Captify feeling this way.
As you’ll be aware from our internal all hands meetings, up-skilling our managers and leadership team is a big focus for the company this year. We have invested in a consultant to solely focus on this.
Similarly, we are committed to supporting our employee wellbeing and launched a number of wellbeing initiatives this year; mental health first aiders, meditation sessions, an Employee Assistance Program, counselling services, partnership with Nabs, yoga to name a few and we have more planned for later this year. We are a social company but employee wellbeing is very important to us and we openly encourage recommendations as we are passionate about supporting our employees,
Fail Fast is a core Company value and we have an open culture about any failures and ways we can learn quickly to change things. Our Founders have also been open and transparent with employees about their own learnings. Maybe to your point we still have more to do to educate employees on what Fail Fast means, especially with so many new starters this year. That said, we want everyone to succeed, which includes getting the next sales deal because performance is critical for our company to succeed.
Your final point about you needing to sleep with senior management to get a promotion is worrying. This behaviour is not tolerated, so if you do have legitimate concerns about this happening in the organisation, then I urge you to contact the HR team people@captify.co.uk so we can investigate accordingly. We have a strict policy on workplace relationships, and a process and compensation committee in place who review any recommendations for promotions.
