      Some really nice staff to work with.

      Cons

      UK MD is very inexperienced and thinks he knows it all, which he doesn't. He is rude to candidates and clients. Also, he's out of the office more than he should be.

      Great team and leadership - clear objectives - opportunity for career development. As long as you hit your KPI's you will get support from the leaders.

      Cons

      The agency itself is a good place to work however with PR being a specialist area to work you have to be willing to put the ground work in to get long term results

      Pros

      Capstone Hill Search offers a dynamic, supportive and fun working environment. While working here you can manage your work flow and pace. They have a great work ethic and structure. I had the pleasure to work with all the senior management team and they supported me and also coached and mentored me. The company has further expansion plans and it is an exciting time. I had a really brilliant time here, learned lots and worked with wonderful people!

      Cons

      Just a couple of little things, in general it is great. More frequent training to keep knowledge and skills up to date More team bonding also
