Pros

Everyone seems nice. Other than that, nothing positive to say.

Cons

When talking to them over the phone, it's like this pretty package that seems almost too good to be true. Because it is. The contents of said package are nothing but a giant, corn filled, turd. Do not waste your time unless you want to be a door-to-door salesman.

Pros

-Marketing and sales training -Friendly, professional leadership, if you keep in mind they are commission hounds. -Good commission rate (if you are lucky enough to convince people to switch their cable service in under 10 minutes at the front door of their home, most of who have no idea about AT&T U-Verse and don't like door-to-door solicitors). -Work outside, mostly -Charlotte is a fantastic city

Cons

-Only paid when you convince a potential customer to switch service (involves lengthy phone conversation with AT&T representative), aka no guarantee you will get ANY money, regardless of how many hours you put into it. -Not clear on actual responsibilities until they are ready to hire you (which is pretty easy after securing an interview). -Dress required is business professional, even though you will probably be walking around 5 miles a day through neighborhoods in all weather conditions. There is an option to wear AT&T licensed tops, however, but you of course have to pay for it up front. -Work hours are generally six days a week, 10 hours a day.

Pros

They hire everyone that applies.

Cons

What they told me to go in for the interview: "You will be interviewed for the position of junior executive and should reach management within 9-18 months. Base pay will be between 30-35k a year. This is a full time job. You will be working with our AT&T account." What I found out: Junior executive is their way of saying door-to-door sales. No base pay. All commission. You drive your own car with no allowances. They avoided all questions asked about the job and pay asking other people to answer me. Nobody would give an honest answer. I found out for myself.
