      Pros

      Training program is immaculate. There are many routes to take within the company, and Management provides encouragement to move forward/learn more. All education is payed for. Opportunities to go into PL, Auto, Commercial, Leadership roles, etc. Everyone is very friendly and all appear to get along very well.

      -Positive, fun environment -Flexible and work with you around commitments -Mentorship/coaching opportunities are available to improve skills

      Cons

      -No vision coverage -Occasionally the left-hand does not seem to know what the right-hand is doing and this can create communication issues or breakdowns in communication

      -Surrounded by great people who really enjoy their work. -Very flat organization; you are a knock on the door away from the president -Great history and proud employees -Competitive salary -Good Benefits -Tons of room for upward movement within the organization -Community focused company with a desire to make a difference -Nerf gun fights and beers on Friday afternoon (head office only)
