      Pros

      Free fizzy drinks and a couple of office games like foosball or table tennis. (All of this is just to attract grads and compensate for low salaries)

      Cons

      Their software is failing and losing clients. Pay is also not that good and you won't get any promotions unless you stay for 3+ years. Management and employees are less qualified than the market average. The first thing they do if they have lost a client or have crappy year is fire people.

      Great people, free snacks, and table tennis

      Low salary, poor management, management is very unqualified, always lose money, very high turnover rate and they fire people quite often

      Pros

      Best company I've ever worked in, period. And no I haven't been put up to this. Culture is respectful - though note its IT so very very male dominated. IT operational processes are simply brilliant given the size of the company. The place is small but has full respect for Dev, QA, Release processes and tooling. It's not a crappy start-up punching code out the door willy-nilly.

      Cons

      The original product set started to become uncompetitive around 2012-14. They made some bets on expansion to stay relevant, but the wrong bets. Now (as write this Q1 2018) they are nearing the end of another product revamp. If it comes off the place will be amazing. If not, a bit of a problem. Tech, in other words.
