- Flexibility / remote working / WFH
- Great managers and teams (in my experience)
- Great L & D support
Cons
- Well-below market compensation
- Limits on promotion (hard requirements regarding the time it takes to move up)
- Heavily locked down work devices
- Too much of a focus on company politics and L & D
Efforts are made to fit employees into projects that are close to skillsets, mobile work is possible and freedom of creativity in delivering projects is encouraged. Work council helps with employee rights
Cons
Old gadgets are recycled (laptops and phones), approvals for training is not guaranteed (mostly depends on the line manager), no year end bonuses, no guaranteed yearly salary increments
