      you receive your salary on time

      Cons

      no professionalism at all. They do not take care for official letters. You will get offer letter after 2-3 months when you ask. Management is so week. They are ensuring that all will be managed since last year. People are leaving their job. And CEO forces current employees to write good reviews to hide their genuine and negative reviews. So now you have to decide you should join it or not.

      As a human being all are nice.

      After joining, you will find it very negative firm. CEO does not know how to talk with employees. You will start feeling like jail. You can not leave company because you are in bond.
