There is no integrity in the work place worked there for two months was not impressed

micro management, good ole boy system, tedious job, have to ask for permission for everything you do, have to log in your own hours and keep track of own pay. They never have the resources you need and complain when they have to get you new materials. Lots of chiefs running around over your shoulder while you do most of the work. You get rated on your output but are held back by pathetic co-workers and management that don't do their jobs and are all friends with each other.
