Pros

Product is fantastic. Coworkers (non leadership) are amazing, supportive and helpful

Cons

Working at the company is a con. Leadership is either grossly incompetent or refuses to accept their own shortcomings. You get told sales cycle is 6 months, when in reality, its closer to 1.5-2 years (which is normal for enterprise healthcare IT sales). Also, look at resumes and background of people before you join here. Truth and honesty are not strengths at all. You never want to be sitting with someone who thinks they are the smartest person in the room/building, but oh yeah, that'll happen at CIQ. Ethical business practices also seem to be a weirdly not important thing here. Oh, you will also be expected to work 80+ hours a week both in office and at home, while getting paid for a 9-5. Do you like getting well trained? Cause that won't happen here. I hope you enjoy watching hours of videos with no interactive components and then recording yourself doing what you think is right and having no feedback on it only to find out later you didnt get the important part of the hour long video memorized. Hilarious!

Pros

We provide an amazing product that genuinely improves lives, and there are a lot of awesome employees that are great to work with (while they last).

Cons

There's extremely high turnover, with no reflection from leadership about why it happens or how to improve it. Almost the entire engineering and product teams have turned over in just the past year and we've made no changes to address it. Any time someone quits it's treated as a one off problem that was unavoidable, even when it happens every couple of weeks. Not a lot of training or true career development. You get thrown in the deep end a lot and have to do work you aren't qualified for but outside of that it's hard to develop your skills. No real promotion opportunities either. I've only ever seen one person promoted, and he was fired a couple months later for disagreeing with leadership. Leadership thinks they can never be wrong. Mistakes are justified instead of examined. There's no self reflection or learning from criticism. Feedback is encouraged, but when anyone actually gives it it's ignored or attacked.

Pros

Opportunity to learn on the fly, grow with the company, wear many hats, work outside of your bubble and with other parts of the company. Amazing product - engineering team has built a fantastic product. Huge potential, if leadership can understand how to drive

Cons

Too much flip flopping around, too many changes. Need a solid vision of what expectations are, how to improve process, and how to align the company to work together better. Need to collaborate better internally to meet customer needs with a streamlined processes. Also need training. There is very little training here, you have to learn on the fly. Absolutely need training to learn the product, how to sell and handle customers, and key target markets.
