      leadership team is friendly, free snacks, hybrid work from home

      Cons

      unrealistic deadlines, expectations, with current work force. not a lot of upward progression, below market salary, everyone is doom and gloom most days. lots of logging in on weekends and evenings instead of just hiring more staff
