Senior Manager completely opposite in personality at interview and when working. No care about how a person may be doing if ill, experiencing a diffculty. Micromanaged to the point that they watch the expressions on employees faces during meetings and will call you into a private meeting if they don't like what they perceive. Several months of delay in informing about certain errors and in the time period from the first of such errors to when you are notified, more of the same errors have occurred and then you are called into a meeting and berated. One of the assistant managers is extremely moody. All smiles and happiness one day and snapping at people the next for no discernible reason. Managers at all levels play favorites. Suddenly a person that was below you in the workplace hierarchy is a supervisor and your superior. Meetings scheduled during the workday for all staff and breaks are taken away because of them. Meetings scheduled during lunch breaks, with lunch provided, but the time for the working lunch is unpaid because they scheduled it during lunch times. Feedback that is not 100% positve is not tolerated. A lot of pop-culture bandwagonning: uses "colors" to slot workers into personality types.
