Compensation and benefits could be more aligned with the level of responsibility and workload expected from employees. Many team members consistently deliver beyond their scope, but there is limited recognition, incentive structure, or long-term reward for maintaining that pace over time.
There were also opportunities to improve some office environments and infrastructure. While some locations were in excellent areas, certain office spaces felt outdated and lacked basic conveniences and proper upkeep, including better lunch/water facilities and general maintenance standards.
At times, the company appeared to prioritize adding layers of senior management instead of investing more in operational and delivery staff who were directly handling the workload. This occasionally created pressure on existing teams and affected efficiency.
