      Pros

      Beautiful property in a great location near highways.

      Cons

      Worst work/life balance I have ever experienced. Expectations from leadership are unrealistic. Answering messages immediately any hour of day or night including days off and vacation. Many days working 12+ hours and weeks 60+ hours, no overtime for salary employees.

      Not difficult generally speaking, some good perks, The people that I directly work for are decent folks, and do seem to take care of the employees whenever possible.

      Cons

      stressful and potentially dangerous on busy days, abysmal pay. no growth potential. poor communication between departments. everyone is burned out. HR is incompetent.
