      Pros

      Base pay was good. Benefits were OK. There was not a lot more going for this job once hired. Total compensation was sub par and they kept changing it down.

      Cons

      bonus were not good and micromanagement was very bad. They did not understand the sales process well and would screw it up.

      Interesting projects Great co-workers and manager Feels like a small company at this office despite being part of a huge corporation OK vacation benefits (I started with a bit over 3 weeks) Flexible hours, flexible remote work since pandemic Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Poor health insurance - every claim requires hours on the phone No hope for a raise above 3% Benefits are OK - no maternity/paternity leave
