      Pros

      I had some very switched on and cool colleagues- most have now left I can imagine working in engineering and/or software/apps would be a positive experience given the strong leadership and opportunities for product development in those teams

      Cons

      Senior management manages to blame all of their shortcomings on everyone but themselves The company tolerates reverse ageism, sexism and bullying Always very much design by committee - bunch of middle managers who cannot make a final decision

      It is sad to read this when I believe we put a lot into the well-being of our colleagues. Based on what I know I can only believe that this review has been left by someone who didn't succeed with us and left upset for some reason. I think the reviews here (that I can't see how can be faked, so again more sour grapes) show that we do right by our team overall. Our team is diverse, inclusive and full of energy both young and old. If the serious accusations about our company are with any substance whatsoever then I urge you to reach out to me personally so they can be addressed. Or via one of our team or another third party if you prefer to remain anonymous. We have numerous safety valves internally to prevent the accusations you make, so your damaging comments do not add up. In terms of outlook, as public accounts and independent reviews will confirm, we are making strident progress and I am proud of our team that delivers our continued success.       Poor communication, high technical debt

      Pros

      Autonomy of work. Plus I got a good laptop.

      Cons

      Lots of internal squabbling, communication was all over the place. The website has technical debt creeping in and there isn't really any process in place to change this.

      We’re naturally disappointed to read this feedback but we’ve taken the time to discuss it internally and whilst there’s more than one side to the comments, we can improve and have put a plan in place to do so. Our website is not dependent on a single person so though there’s one person leading, we’ll continue to build out our development team to add greater resilience.

      Pros

      Great colleagues, great culture, empowered team, the company is really going places. The company values its people and is fair with work/life balance.

      Cons

      Complex projects mean some projects deliver later than planned which can cause stress. Demanding environment that suits high energy people who are results driven (good for me, but won't suit everyone!).
