So many cons.. new systems implemented very poorly 15 months ago, still many issues with them but workforce persevered and had started to get somewhere finding a work round of how they can get the job done with bad system and incorrect data, improving the way of working until 2 months ago decided to let a lot of staff go, restructure, thinking everyone could learn each others jobs with couple of hours training and do 3-4 people’s workload, completely unrealistic!, Team leaders/ managers clueless on how to do the jobs of the teams they are overseeing, so no support when you reach out for help,
They should be in the office supporting not working from home. Many of the long term staff now looking for new jobs and Calor does not seemed fazed by losing knowledgeable good hard working people. All the once good things of working at calor have been obliterated in the last couple of months, now unhealthy, unpleasant very low moral environment, no job satisfaction. People that once took pride in the job they did sadly changing mindset of not caring just to be able to get through the day and for it not to take effect on mental health. Customer engineering is on its knees and management do not seem bothered but maybe that’s the plan and it won’t exist in 6-12 months time, have outsourced IT, deliveries and emergencies recently. No longer a nice secure place to work, glad I’m out!
