Pros

We're building the way call operations and call centers should function. We bring massive impact on the lives of callers and provide a lot of value to clients. The team is fun, eclectic, and growing!

Cons

We change fast and are constantly getting better. We our caller community in the loop and try to always update everyone.

Pros

Upper management constantly asking for feedback is very encouraging. A recent anonymous survey resulted in additional benefits for some of our offshore team which is great to hear.

Cons

There sometimes feels like there is a strong bias towards top producers. The top producers get easier lists to dial on.

Pros

Let's be honest, being a customer service rep or telemarketer sucks. I have been in the industry for 6 years now and have never had a good experience. Calltend has been the first company where I have actually felt like I learn on the job, work with a great team. These things make the job of being a call center rep bearable.

Cons

Only 1 team meeting/ week with hundreds of people on it. This makes the meeting feel less personable. I would suggest to do multiple meetings in smaller groups.
