      I've made a career at Call One! Call One values its employees and is continually changing to make things better for us and our customers. We are built on family values and we all work hard for each other. You have a voice here, your opinion is valuable and hard work is expected and appreciated.

      Pros

      Benefits, salary, culture are good and getting better! Loads of good customers, great products and networking. Teamwork is amazing, many fun perks for making goals. If you love technology you will never work a day in your life as its interesting and meaningful. Love the location, watching our space center grow. Working with awesome customers and businesses while we expand.

      Cons

      If you want to work from home it's not an option yet. No annuals reviews to know what your doing right or what you should do better . They figure it out if needed........................::::...............:::

      Thank you for your honest review and feedback. I wanted to post here that changes have been made to the "work from home" policy and now over 80% of our team is working from home. Covid did accelerate this process, however, after the covid restrictions have been lifted we have chosen to listen to our people and are keeping it in place and making "return to office" a choice for our people should they choose it.
