      Supportive team feel, but lack of loyalty and severance

      Pros

      The employees are like family and going remote was fun while it lasted

      Cons

      No loyalty. After years of dedication knowing very well the doors would eventually close, they let several people (long term employees) go with no heads up, no severance and zero remorse. Pretty much said they had no severance money or any money for that matter

      Pay is terrible for most. Leaders are not on the same page. Very cliquey.
