Pros
Best for new and existing. Good atmosphere, of course politics will exists like all other companies, but if you are hardworking and have some stuff this company will definitely recognize you. This is best company which gives very good hikes, I never seen any company give that much hikes, if you are doing well you can expect 7000k minimum as yearly hike. CEO and Top management are very down to earth, they care for employees.
Cons
As company reached from small scale to large scale, its not correct to provide same existing old allowance and benefits to the employees.
