      Great Place to Work with all the amenities

      Pros

      Onsite Gym, full service cafe, Leed Energy Building, clean and newer building, Training Programs, good place for walk breaks, friendly people, great recognition program, 2nd building expansion soon and will include a daycare with another gym and cafe, cheaper onsite parking than most agencies, bike rentals program. Compensation for classes taken at colleges that promote career growth

      Cons

      new employees will be put on waitlist for onsite parking due to 2nd building construction, will have less parking for staff when fully staffed because they encourage carpool and other alternative transportation.

      If you are a cookie cutter of an employee and do not make waves and state the truth, agree with whatever leadership wants you will do very well and even move up.

      Cons

      If you see something and want to say something it may not be the place for you. I am not sure they really want to know the truth about their successes or failures.
