Odd hours of operation and ridiculous scheduling formats. They will tell you what YOU want to hear during the interview process, wait a while, and then tell you the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. If you want your superiors to look you in the eye and tell you you're doing excellent, just to follow up a month later and fire you with no reason, this is the job for you! Management is NOT CLEAR about expectations, they love to speak down to you as if you are mentally challenged or a house pet, nepotism and favoritism are RAMPANT, and they love to throw fits about overtime despite outright refusing to help and ignoring you when the unexpected parts of managing people and a business pop up.
