Woodinville Cafe was nice, but the owner...
Pros
Cafes, Inc. is comprised of several small restaurants. The one I worked at was in Woodinville at the Woodinville Cafe. All my coworkers were a lot of fun and I made some great friends. My workload was certainly reasonable and and the tips given to in (in cash) at the end of each shift was always fair. The Woodinville Cafe was probably the best our of the other six restaurants and ran very smoothly.
Cons
Everything here was actually pretty dandy until there was a change in the owner. The new owner, Ryan, is the worst. Anyone who was not a server (hosts, cooks, and dishwashers) were usually ignored or berated for not "pulling their weight". He was usually clueless as to how the restaurant operated so the managers would have to explain what was going on. I would like to be fair though, I worked there a little over 2 years ago and it's likely that his attitude would have changed -- but while I was there it got harder to work for him each day.
