      Pros

      They treat you like you matter at the beginning. Nice pipe dream.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks communication, they have high expectations for a poorly designed and executed business plan. They do not appreciate their employees and they take advantage of you until it suits them. They are “transparent” and “supportive”.

      Cadre's fired or laid off employees at every level of the organization at a rapid pace. Will you be next? Who knows, but you likely won't know until the day of reckoning. Do not mistake positive feedback for job security.
