      Leadership seems more occupied on talking about being a ceo at the company and having worked a short stint in some big consulting firm over 10 years ago along with every other random stuff rather than do real job as ceo Leadership wants people to go the distance and work beyond more than they can pay us for when salary is not competitive at all. The company is no religion and is literally a language agency

      - Management is very attentive to employee's professional development needs - Colleagues are very supportive across offices and functions - Generous gifts and rewards for celebration on goals and events - Lots of learning opportunities outside of one's role and clear roadmap for internal promotion - Cadence invites influential professionals as speakers once or twice per month and it's helpful to have chats with them as well as build professional network

      - Just like other startups, it's exciting to have changes happen constantly, but things can get very busy so one has to be highly efficient in multi-tasking and attention to detail to succeed - Overtime on some weekends and sometimes holidays
