Pros

They use the best of the best technologies and its been great getting to know the select few who don't act better than.

Cons

The management thinks they are being fun and playful when in reality they are just being jerks. Name calling, false promises, and plenty of backstabbing. If you aren't part of the original people who have been there, good luck with not being the odd man out.

Pros

Salaries are competitive, the company had a good run in the mutual funds market but they have had no growth for a very long while.

Cons

No goal in sight for the company, management is in disarray. I honestly can't see how people can give this company a 5 start rating while it's quite interesting that they all did it anonymously eh? Campaign to improve the company rating from within anyone? Does not really matter this company hasn't sustained a productive development team since 2011 and do not believe it's going to in the foreseen future.

Strong, stable company. Everyone works well across the organization and in key areas for sales, technology, operations and support. Collaboration, ideas, diverse skills all seem valued. Joking and fun environment and life balance here. Hire professionals who act like professionals. Employee plus family paid benefits WOW! Environmentally conscious, stocked lunch room, beautiful office.

Cons

Need to brag more about what we do. Large footprint and exciting technology but not a large company.
