      Pros

      Most of the employees are willing to help others in need. There is good music playing in the work place.

      Cons

      The CEO is an immature, unpatriotic narcissist. He doesn't allow the employees to have the day off on Veterans Day. Instead, they are required to spend all day in a hotel auditorium listening to him tell of how great he is running the company. Then he tries to be a comedian by telling childish jokes involving flatulence and toilet humor.

      If an admin type job located right off the 91 freeway

      Cons

      Lack of management integrity in some cases; out right lies to employees; broken promises and won't hold themselves accountable. CEO boasts 'never had to lay off' which is because they make up reasons and fire you instead.

      There are great people working for this company but if you move around you will see just how different management can be in the different areas/ branches

      Cons

      This company plays favorites with certain people more than I have ever seen, with some moving up quickly and others never even receiving a chance at an interview.
