Good workplace to get your hands on all sides of a project

Pros

You will be exposed to design, planning, and construction phases of the project. This allows you to get great understanding of the entire project scope and timeline. You will have a pretty good life-work balance and friendly coworkers. Remote work is a great addition.

Cons

Most Projects are pretty small and get repetitive, but it does allow you for getting better at it. Occasional long travels for site visits. It can turn into few days, for some people the site visit can be a week or longer

flexible hours, work remotely, very good and inclusive team of young professionals, great team building events prior to COVID-19, upper management goes extra mile to support the employees, fund professional development
