CT Control Temp Reviews

6 years ago CT was a company of almost entirely 15+ year Journeyman and little to no apprentices, now it's over half apprentices and very few experienced Journeyman. The previous owner created a refrigeration focused company with the best of the best technicians. The son took over and coasted for the past 6 years off his fathers hard work. He sold the company 3 years ago to Americans and is counting the days till his retirement. CT has become a revolving door of technicians and office staff. Very low morale and very toxic work environment. But this is just one persons opinion.

Where do I start. The leadership does not want to listen to the guys. Threats over hours and a recession coming. It you aren't friends with leaders treatment is poor even after many years of service where you were previously commended. Intimidation, in-equitable treatment, discrimination. Its got really bad. Squeaky wheel with a friend might do ok. RUN
