The people are great the CEO Mr Hartley is cool too, it’s a good working environment background music n all and training is great. Positive memories including breakfast Mondays, wavelength and red capped milk lol
Cons
Just upper management 1 in particular very condescending/disrespectful and just a weasel to be honest. I’d say more but I have to watch what I say on here.
You get thrown in at the deep end so end up learning a lot on the job and gaining valuable experience.
Cons
Poor, nasty management, I wasn't asked but was expected to jump on numerous MS Teams meetings past 8 o'clock in the evening.
- No perks as advertised in the job advertisement.
- You have to announce every time you leave your desk even if you are just going to the toilet.
