      U can able to gain knowledge

      Cons

      Behaviour of senior is really worst. They ll treat like they r God and u r slaves for them. Too much politics . Seniors don't hv knowledge on any technical skills. They stayed for long times there and became seniors. For getting a gud hike u have to do everything for them also any of their personal work.

      Pros

      You get to learn Skill Gaps. Working with Good amount of Data Helps you understand the Sales Pipeline. There are stiff challenges that means you earn a lot of understanding in a short duration.

      Cons

      Insecurity is in the Air. They don't give you enough time to accommodate and for a new comer it can be difficult but it could also be the kind of people you are working with. There is no mechanism for skill transfer either you know it or you are going to get fired.
