Pros

Some good people sprinkled throughout the agency, and nice offices in NYC.

Cons

Poorly run from the top down. I worked for these jokers on various projects over a 12 month period and all were poorly planned, managed, and executed. On each occasion I worked, they ignored my skills and experience in the beginning, and then asked me to fix things for cheap when the cracks started to show. This place is just bad through and through. and the finance department is run by a complete moron!

Pros

Most people will make you feel like family.

Cons

A COO who never ran any other company let alone managed employees in her life and it shows, also married to a top executive who has been heard around the office saying things like “I’m going to bleed CSM for every penny I can” A CEO who Is only interested in padding his bank account more, keeping his “favorite” top employees (who do nothing) employed instead of those who actually do the work. Zero leadership Over promises Fake diversity 10% of the company aren’t white Fake inclusion you won’t get an opportunity to contribute unless you are in the “in crowd” They promote to incompetence... too many “VP” level employees who shouldn’t be more than a coordinator.

Agency in Turmoil

Pros

Great passionate people, hard working and care about actively contributing to the work and the culture of the agency.

Cons

Agency is at a cross roads with huge gap in leadership. They are suffering from the classic "what got you here won't get you there" founder syndrome. The CEO is highly erratic and emotional which means all decisions are made by him and are irrational. The shame is he sees himself as the sole reason for their success and while he is the force behind the agency he is also the reason for its wild turnover and lack of focus as an agency.
