      no pros. it's the worst company, in terms of employee benefits and workload.

      Cons

      poor management (even managment themselves do not know the goal clearly and always ask the fellow colleagues to do without any direction. They always scold at the fellow colleagues for poor ROI, rubbish colleagues, frequent overtime, heavy workload.
