      Some really interesting and good colleagues, worth working with.

      Cons

      Poor management, no real intention to hire students after their graduation as they're only seen as cheap labor to be exploited, lower than average pay, high level of responsibility for the position held. No training, no growth, no benefits, no group activities. Just an anonymous company.

      Interesting employees below management level. Smart people doing the best they could in the circumstances.

      Company with no real strategy. Management, owners and partners pulling in different directions. A bit chaotic at times.

      Some really smart people work here. Not much management, so not much pressure.

      Cons

      Board and management. All men, all 45-60, all white, all Danish, all afraid of change and challenge. Below that level, lots of foreigners on low pay for this industry.
