      Co workers, flexible scheduling, work life balance

      Upper management, caseload, productivity, paperwork amount, EHR system constantly crashing or not working, poor communication between departments and from higher ups

      Besides getting a check, hardly any pros.

      Cons

      Pay raises are so tiny it’s a joke. And that’s if you do get a raise. With bonuses the CEO made over a half million dollars last year while the agency had a huge shortfall in income. She had a 100% salary increase in 6 years. I had a 1.5% increase in 4 years.
