      Pros

      Great new acting CEO It's not all about profit and cutting cost anymore. Competent executive team members (and NO MORE I'm in this role because I'm a mate of the CEO like it was in the past) Great team

      Pros

      The money is good and I met a handful of really decent people that were in the Auckland office but the company doesn't deserve such good people..

      Cons

      The role I was given and the function/expectations that the business had weren't aligned. The other issue was that we were trying selling products to a market that didn't know the newly formed brand and when by some chance if you were lucky when you could eventually get a deal across the line with the ridiculous amount of paperwork and shocking systems/process then they couldn't deliver.. Then when the business was loosing money they had a massive head count cut because they couldn't manage their staff count vs ROI. It was ridiculous.
