Pros

I have learned SMART/400 technology using COBOL/400 as programming languages as well as SQLCBL, CL/400, SQL/400, QUERY/400, SDA/400 and etc.

Cons

Supporting different Clients like AIA, Prudential, CPF and etc has different business requirements. So technical solutions to be provided has different approach. It's a challenge to work together in a team.
