      Good company. Various projects but there are nuances.

      - Great lerning opportunities (paid certifications and courses) - Good social packet (health insurance, etc)

      Cons

      - To many managers per engineer - Too many projects engineers participate in. Frequent focus switching among multiple tasks/projects (multitasking is a myth).

      opportunities for both horizontal and vertical growth by taking on new responsibilities; very proactive team; minimal bureaucracy in processes; strong and healthy company culture

      Cons

      salary increases can be challenging, but possible through negotiation. The work pace is high, so it’s easy to burn out if you don’t manage the task flow or try to do everything at once
