Pros
The company is currently growing very quickly and is very keen on creating the best team possible. There are less than 200 employees at this point and the community and co-ownership feeling is strong. Work is interesting, challenges are addressed together. Generally a great environment to work in if you are up for a space or tech-related challenge.
Cons
Offices are not currently great (although there is a plan to move soon to a new office). Sometimes decisions take time - mainly in projects funded via external grants, where funding agencies drag their feet. Pay could be better and I hope is going to improve as the company grows. Company is not currently very diverse as it grew from a small Polish startup. First employees from abroad have been hired already though and the company already uses english as its main language for technical discussions.

interesting projects, smart people and nice atmosphere in office, work-life balance is OK, there are some benefits like sports card etc

the salaries are secret and no clear rating of seniority
