Pros
WAS a great place to work. New “management” took over to “change the culture”. It was changed - for the worse. No Pros at all.
Cons
Vindictive, mean-spirited management. Emphasis on progressive discipline, working at ALL times (talking is a capital offense), don’t even THINK of pulling out your cellphone. I get that, but life happens. Note these all apply to employees on the Manufacturing floor only - not the offices. Management is ALWAYS correct, whether or not they are - difficult to work under that mind-set. Will hold your review (and pay raise) for a number of weeks past your anniversary date and then NOT give you retroactive money. Topping that, the date you DO get reviewed is now your new anniversary date, allowing them to do the same thing all over next year. Horrible.......
