They don’t care about you or your life outside of work. They think you are just a robot and not fair to your circumstances. My schedule no longer works for me. The pay will never increase no matter how many years you work for them. They in fact, will cut your hours to where you are not even full time. We barely made it pay check to pay check and when they cut hours it made it even more difficult. They say they have nothing available to accommodate our time, our outside lives/ expenses. Just when they find a place to keep you scheduled they try to lock you in there because they are LAZY! And they have so much time on their hands. I have works for 5 companies and never have they been like CPS! They will even have a supervisor check on you every night! Seriously just tell the client to get some cameras. Waste of time. The communication is off. They schedule you to work at sites needing cars but wont ever tell you that. Just inconvenience you its either over 100 degrees or cold at night doing grave and being outside with no where to use the restroom or anywhere to actually protect myself. At this point I’m ready to go to extreme measures because this is not how you treat people. And this company better not be hiring if all they ever say is nothing is available. Just a sad, sad company. I cannot wait until people see their worth and realize this company is a piece of trash. You can find better. Smh. When i say bare minimum. They pay you pennies. How is it that we work 5-6 days and our checks are still not even $400 that is humiliating and degrading and demeaning. I now know how someone loses self esteem. Piece of crap company. Stay away.
